Spray or dip painting applies any color like matte, gloss, or metallic to injection-molded parts. It conceals surface flaws, enables brand color matching, and adds a protective topcoat. PP and PE need primer or flame treatment for reliable adhesion.

Pad printing transfers logos, text, and small graphics onto curved or irregular plastic surfaces using a silicone pad. It delivers crisp, durable prints on complex geometries where screen printing cannot reach. Ideal for product branding and regulatory markings.

Silk screening applies graphics, labels, and icons onto flat plastic surfaces through a fine mesh stencil. It produces sharp, vibrant, and wear-resistant prints with excellent color consistency. Best for control panels, nameplates, and flat cosmetic surfaces.

Electroplating deposits chrome, nickel, or copper onto plastic parts for a metallic, reflective finish. Requires plating-grade resins like ABS or PC-ABS. It enhances aesthetics, conductivity, and wear resistance, but adds significant cost and processing time.

Hydro dipping (water transfer printing) applies decorative patterns such as carbon fiber, wood grain, camouflage to complex 3D plastic surfaces. A film floating on water transfers the pattern evenly across curved geometries, creating a seamless, premium appearance.

Anodizing is an electrochemical process that creates a durable, colored oxide layer on aluminum metal inserts not applicable to plastic. It provides corrosion resistance, hardness, and decorative color. Used for metal components integrated into plastic assemblies.
