Design Review and Advanced Planning
The journey to a perfect part begins before production. Our engineering teams conduct a thorough design review to assess manufacture-ability, verify core capabilities, and select optimal materials and processes. We engage in advanced product quality planning (APQP) to proactively address potential challenges, optimizing product function and minimizing costs.
In-Process Inspection and Monitoring
We integrate quality assurance inspection directly into the machining cycle by leveraging our expertise. The advanced CNC machines are equipped with probes and sensors that perform in-process checks. This allows for real-time monitoring and immediate adjustments, preventing errors from propagating and ensuring consistency across every part. Our process control systems informed by machine learning it can detect anomalies such as vibration signatures or temperature fluctuations.
Post-Production Verification and Testing
If once a part is finished it goes for verification using state-of-the-art inspection equipment. We utilize a range of tools from precision micrometers and height gauges to sophisticated Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) for dimensional analysis and surface profilometers to verify finish requirements. For critical parts, we use non-destructive testing (NDT) methods to ensure structural integrity.
